Penske now offers NTP's ULTRA 2 program, with the most extensive warranty plans* for Class 3-8 commercial vehicles on the market. ULTRA 2 has more coverages, expanded conditions and greater limits of liabilities than any warranty available today. There are no limits for repair costs** on engines, critical components (fuel injectors, water pump, fuel pump, ECM), turbo, transmission and differential.

Our warranty plans cover components for factory defects in material and workmanship and 42 essential aftertreatment components. Coverage options range from six months to three years.

Aftertreatment Component Protection for Commercial Diesel Engines

As the complexity and expense of diesel engine aftertreatment systems has grown, truck owners have found tremendous value in adding warranty protection to these critical components. Failures to any of the main aftertreatment components such as the DPF filter, EGR cooler or SCR system can cost thousands of dollars to fix – on top of the damage they cause to the hard parts in the engine.

That's why you need comprehensive aftertreatment component coverage from NTP. Our program offers coverage on 42 essential aftertreatment components including filters, tanks, injectors, actuators and sensors:

  • Sensors = 12 Components
  • EGR Cooler and Valve
  • DEF = 10 Components
  • DEF Pump and Sensor
  • DPF Filter and Injectors
  • DOC
  • SCR Catalyst and Decomp. Pipe
  • Exhaust Throttle Valve
  • BPV Valve
  • Aftertreatment ECM
  • Aftertreatment Wiring Harness
  • "One-Box"****
  • Hydrocarbon Doser Valve = 3 Components (See the complete list of covered components.)

When you add aftertreatment coverage protection to your NTP warranty, you will cover the 42 aftertreatment components as well as progressive damage they may cause to covered components inside the engine.***** It's the very best way to protect the business investment you've made in your truck from the high repair costs due to aftertreatment component failure.

See list of covered aftertreatment components.
