NTP Customer Claims Process

  • Contact NTP and request approval before authorizing or starting repairs.
  • NTP will assist you with finding an authorized dealer.
  • NTP will analyze dealer findings and verify failure.
  • NTP will review the dealer estimate and approve covered** work to your vehicle.
  • The dealer will complete the repairs.
  • NTP will settle the invoice directly with the dealer.

**Repaired components must be covered under the NTP service contract. All repairs outside of those components will not be covered.
