Our Industry-Exclusive Process
Our vehicle preparation process is designed with our customers in mind. We want you to have peace of mind about the condition of the used commercial truck, tractor and trailer you're buying.
Before you buy, we test and inspect every used vehicle for sale, entirely. Our process includes:
- Pressure washing
- Testing window lifts and latches; steering wheel; horn; warning and gauge lights; wipers; starter; brakes and clutch
- Inspecting all windshields, interior condition and radio operation
- Checking overall operating condition
- Topping off all fluids
- Checking under chassis and lube and checking all joints, springs, shocks and all components under chassis
- Ensuring proper working condition of steering assembly
- Checking upper chassis, engine and electrical operation
- Inspecting all components including fuel line, throttle linkage, water pump and belts
- Inspecting engine while it's running
- Removing Penske decals, touching up bump and wheel paint and sweeping out interior
- Checking tires and wheels
