  • Customer contacts NTP at 877-950–3200 (24*/7/365)
  • Customer requests NTP approval BEFORE authorizing or starting repairs
  • NTP assists with finding an authorized dealer
  • NTP analyzes dealer findings and verifies failure
  • NTP reviews dealer estimate and approves covered** work to vehicle
  • Dealer completes repair
  • NTP settles invoice directly with dealer

* Callers after 5:30 p.m. (EST) must leave a message for the on-call claims analyst. The call will be returned within minutes.

** Repaired components must be covered under the NTP service contract. All repairs outside of those components will not be covered.
