Warranties

For extended protection, add a warranty program from National Truck Protection (NTP) to your Penske used truck. Penske and NTP offer multiple options, and all plans are extensive and cover components for factory defects in material as well as workmanship.

Light and Medium Duty* – Class 3 to 7 (8,600 GVW–33,000 GVW)
Platinum 6/25 6 months/25,000 miles
Platinum 12/50 1 year/50,000 miles
Platinum 24/100 + MCC 2 year/100,000 miles
*Covers both gas and diesel engines
Heavy Duty and Tractors – Class 8 (33,001 GVW and Greater)
Platinum 12/100 1 year/100,000 miles
Platinum 24/200 2 year/200,000 miles
Platinum 24/200 + MCC 2 year/200,000 miles

    • Dealer completes repair
    • NTP settles invoice directly with dealer

    * Callers after 5:30 p.m. (EST) must leave a message for the on-call claims analyst. The call will be returned within minutes.

    ** Repaired components must be covered under the NTP service contract. All repairs outside of those components will not be covered.
